Ingredients
- 6 oz silken tofu
- 2 oz melted dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)* see notes
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 oz Espresso
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- To melt the chocolate, you can add the chocolate to a double boiler and stir until melted.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- This makes two servings, so divide into two bowls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Top with pomegranate seeds (or any fresh fruit that works great)
Notes
I use Hu No Sugar Added Baking Chips for sugar-free dark chocolate, and they melt perfectly!
To make this recipe candida friendly, use Lakanto brand maple syrup.
