2 cups Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Raw Honey
2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
FOR THE GRILLED CHICKEN:
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and no longer pink on the inside.
FOR THE BALSAMIC GLAZE:
At medium heat, add olive oil to a non-stick skillet and add chopped garlic. Cook garlic for about 3 minutes until soft.
Add the balsamic vinegar and turn to low and start to simmer. Continue the simmer, occasionally stirring for about 12-15 minutes, until it reaches a syrup consistency.
Add the raw honey and stir to combine.
Slice the chicken into 1/4 inch slices and drizzle with the honey garlic balsamic glaze.
Notes
To make this recipe candida friendly, omit the honey.
