Nutty Banana Protein Shake


Description

The perfect post-workout drink that will give you the energy to keep going strong! A delicious and nutritious shake, made with banana, almonds, and a hint of cinnamon, makes this a creamy and smooth shake.

My kids LOVED this, and they said it’s BETTER than a milkshake. All the nutrients they need in 1 glass, OH HECK YA! Mom approved!


Ingredients

Scale

8 oz water

1/2 cup ice cubes (about 6 cubes)

1 serving of vanilla protein

6 almonds, whole, raw

1/2 large banana

1 tsp all-natural peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender.  Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes until creamy.

Top with cinnamon
