Ingredients

8 oz water
1/2 cup ice cubes (about 6 cubes)
1 serving of vanilla protein
6 almonds, whole, raw
1/2 large banana
1 tsp all-natural peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes until creamy.
