When I made this recipe for banana crepe cakes for the first time, I was looking for a breakfast that was low on carbs and sweet but also had some protein. The texture is not that like a fluffy pancake, but not as thin as a crepe. So the name ended up somewhere in the middle.
But what is cool about this recipe is that it takes seconds to whip up, and it only has three ingredients. Don’t stop there; you can always add some chopped nuts or fresh fruit to the top. Maybe even some fruit syrup!

I love the taste of bananas, and when I combined them with the thin texture of a crepe, it was pure magic. Now, these aren’t quite like traditional pancakes, but they are definitely worth trying if you want something new and exciting for breakfast.
