Can I use a different type of melon if I don’t have cantaloupe on hand?

Absolutely! You can use cantaloupe; try some kiwi if you are adventurous enough!

Is there a way to make this recipe spicier if I prefer more heat?

Sure! Add hot sauce to the honey mustard or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Can I prepare the honey mustard sauce in advance and store it for future use?

You sure can! I would double the recipe for the honey mustard and save it for dip or dressing. It’s that good!

Scale

1 lb shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined

Notes

If you don’t have any shrimp seasoning blend, you can use any seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay.
