Ingredients
2 pounds of ground turkey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
6 oz pepper jack cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
BBQ sauce topping
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Lightly spray the muffin pan with coconut oil
2. Mix ground turkey with seasonings
3. Fill each muffin tin with ground turkey
4. Push a cheese cube into the center of the ground turkey and cover tightly with the turkey meat pressing down firmly
5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes
