There are many health benefits of kelp noodles! Did you know that kelp is packed with nutrients and can help with weight loss? Some studies suggest that kelp may have a powerful effect on shedding pounds. It contains a natural alginate fiber that acts as a fat blocker, preventing fat absorption in the gut. Plus, kelp is a great source of vitamins and minerals like vitamin K, A, calcium, iron, and magnesium. But what sets kelp apart is its high iodine content, making it a superhero when balancing hormones. Say hello to your new favorite sea superfood!

Are kelp noodles good for a candida diet?

If you’re on a Candida diet, kelp noodles are an ingredient worth exploring. These mineral-rich noodles are made from kelp seaweed, full of essential nutrients like iodine, calcium, and potassium. But what makes kelp noodles particularly beneficial for those with Candida overgrowth is their low carbohydrate content. Unlike traditional pasta or noodles, kelp noodles are virtually carb-free and won’t spike your blood sugar levels. This makes them a great alternative for anyone on a low-sugar diet looking to satisfy their noodle cravings without compromising their health goals. Not to mention, kelp noodles are incredibly versatile and can be used in various dishes, including stir-fries, salads, and soups.

Do kelp noodles taste like fish?

Not at all! If you’ve never tried kelp noodles, you might wonder what they taste like. The good news is that they don’t have a strong flavor on their own, making them the perfect vessel for showcasing delicious sauces and toppings. They have a slightly crunchy texture and a neutral, slightly salty taste that pairs well with various flavors. Since they have been dehydrated and turned into noodles, they tend to soak up the flavors of the sauces or ingredients you are cooking.

1/3 cup coconut aminos
