What’s more satisfying than a juicy, tender steak? Whether you’re having company for dinner or just want something delicious to serve that is full of flavor with after coming home after endless work hours – this recipe for an easy grilled sesame steak kabob has got everyone covered. It starts with flavorful marinades that make even the most skeptical eaters fall head over heels in love! The veggies are also colorful enough, so they don’t get lost among all these tasty bites.
I like to use a cut of beef tenderloin or rib eye for this recipe. The marinade keeps the steak tender, and the marbleization of the steak keeps the flavor of the grilled steak.
I absolutely love the flavor of sesame oil, and this marinade is perfect for this recipe. I like to use liquid amino in this marinade to boost essential amino acids. Also, aminos are a wonderful way to add umami flavor and a gluten-free option.
The vegetables you choose for this recipe can be endless. I love the mini peppers on the skewer. They add great color and stay crisp-tender when grilled. You can use mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, or even potatoes!
